The industry he entered was highly visible, but only at the top. Established companies dominated the conversation, while early builders had no clear ecosystem to plug into.

No specialized community, fund, or accelerator just for BCI startups.

So he stepped back and asked a different question:
What if the bigger problem is not data infra, but people infra?

That led to WorldChangers — the first BCI startup accelerator in the United States.
